Dr. Rainer Loges Bio

Rainer is a senior M&A and corporate partner with significant international experience. In recent years, he advised major national and international corporations in a large number of transactions, many of them cross-border. Rainer studied at the universities of Göttingen, Freiburg, Cambridge (LL.M. 1995) and Hagen (M.A. Business Administration 1991). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1999. In 1995 Rainer worked as a foreign attorney in Washington D.C. Between 1997 and 2000 he was a resident partner at the former Prague office of Gleiss Lutz.
