Dr. Patrick Kaffiné Bio

Patrick is specialised in international M&A transactions with a particular focus on private equity investors. He also advises on corporate law matters and restructurings. His clients include well known national and international financial investors, industrial conglomerates and family owned businesses. Patrick studied in Mainz, Dijon, Paris (D.E.A. 1993) and London (LL.M. 1998). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2009. Before joining Gleiss Lutz he worked at two international law firms in Frankfurt 1999–2004 as attorney and 2004–2009 as attorney and partner.
