Dr. Moritz Alexander Riesener Bio

Moritz advises national and international corporate clients and financial investors on M&A transactions, corporate law matters and private equity. He has particular experience in complex carve-out transactions. Moritz studied at the University of Regensburg. He obtained his doctoral degree at the Ruhr University of Bochum. Moritz has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2015. At the beginning of 2021, Moritz was on secondment with one of the leading international Swiss firms in Zurich for several months.
