Christian advises national and international companies in large M&A-transactions. He has particular experience in public takeovers, private equity and cross-border transactions. He has worked for law firms in London, New York and Palo Alto. Since 2020 he is chairman of the social councils (Senior Partner) of Gleiss Lutz. Christian studied law in Grenoble, Tübingen and at the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M. 1998) and business administration at the University of Hagen (preliminary diploma). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2003. Christian has worked for law firms in New York and Palo Alto 2001 and in London 1994. He speaks German, Spanish, English and French.
