Michael Evangelisti Bio

Michael Evangelisti concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, securities, commercial transactions, contracts, commercial and residential real estate, secondary mortgage transactions, and estate planning and probate. Mr. Evangelisti is a member of the Memphis and American Bar Associations, and served on the Board of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Memphis Bar Association (1996-1998).
