Bio

Vincenzo Armenio, partner of the Firm, is head of the Equity Capital Markets department. He gained significant experience in public offerings and private placements, assisting his clients in financial instruments placement transactions in Italy and abroad. He has a solid expertise of capital markets regulation, initial public offerings on European exchange markets and extraordinary transactions involving listed companies. In addition Vincenzo assists his clients such as primary capital markets players and venture capital investment funds in relation to M&A transaction related to start-up and scale-up companies in the technology and food industry. Vincenzo graduated in law at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2004 and is admitted to the Italian Bar since 2007. He speaks fluent Italian and English.
