Bio

Daniele is a partner of the Firm, where he collaborates since its foundation. He has gained a significant experience working on banking, finance and corporate law matters. Within the banking and finance practice, Daniele has closed several complex transactions, domestic and cross-border, related to acquisition and leveraged financing, real estate financing, refinancing and special situations, advising banks and credit funds as well as borrowers such as private equity, real estate and alternative investment funds and a wide range of corporate clients. Within the corporate practice, Daniele has been involved in a vast array of sophisticated transactions, domestic and cross-border, related to mergers, acquisitions and divestments, assisting private as well as listed corporate clients and institutional investors such as private equity funds. Daniele graduated maxima cum laude from the University of Palermo School of Law in 2004 and in 2010 obtained a LL.M. degree in banking and financial regulation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2007. He is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
