Pasquale Marini Bio

Pasquale Marini advises private equity funds, multinational groups, entrepreneurs, industrial clients and financial institutions on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross border), corporate governance and reorganization matters. Pasquale has worked in New York and London with prominent Wall Street and magic circle firms. Before joining Giovannelli e Associati he was one of the founders of K&L Gates’ Milan office. He received his LL.M. from New York University (corporate law). He is ranked by Chambers & Partners.
