Alessandra Pieretti assists Italian and foreign clients, mainly industrialists and private equity funds, in matters of corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on transactions for the purchase and sale of shareholdings and business complexes, mergers and demergers, agreements between shareholders, joint venture agreements and business contracts. Alessandra has also gained significant experience in corporate governance and issues related to generational transition in family businesses. Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Alessandra was a partner in a leading international Italian law firm. From 1996 to 1998 you were a visiting foreign lawyer at Kennedys, London. Alessandra graduated in law from the University of Milan and has been a lawyer since 1995.
