Alessandro Triscornia Bio

Alessandro Triscornia is one of the founding partners of the Firm. He advises clients in some of the largest private equity, corporate M&A and restructuring transactions, that involve also listed companies. His assistance includes a wide spectrum of extraordinary transactions, including acquisition of shares or of going concerns, public tender offers, mergers, demergers, group restructuring/reorganizations and management incentive plans. He has been member of the Board of Directors of important Italian companies. Alessandro Triscornia has worked for one year as visiting foreign lawyer for Bredin, Prat in Paris. He has worked for the firm Erede, Bianchi e Giliberti of Milan, he has been associate and then partner of the firm Colesanti e Giliberti of Milan, founding partner of the firm Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia e Associati, now Giliberti Triscornia e Associati.
