Partner Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse is a member of Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group. He has a proven track record in advising on the implementation of complex transactions (portfolio sales, sale and lease-back transactions, corporate deals, etc.) and in defending his clients in litigation. He also regularly advises his institutional clients on the negotiation of commercial leases, and is called upon for construction operations (property development contracts, off-plan sales and leases). Over the years, he has developed a French and international institutional client base (banks, insurance companies, investment funds, developers, etc.). In 2021, he led a transaction on behalf of an institutional owner for the sale of assets located in the Paris region, with a value exceeding EUR 200 million. He is systematically listed among the best real estate experts by the international legal guides Chambers Europe, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal Real Estate in France. He was named "Lawyer of the Year 2012" in real estate law by the American magazine Best Lawyers in France
