Hugues Moreau Bio

Hugues Moreau is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Transactions and Financing practice group. Partner Hugues Moreau advises domestic and international operators on all legal issues involved in the real estate value creation chain: mergers & acquisitions, investment & divestments, property development, restructuring, asset management and financing transactions. His expertise encompasses the creation of joint ventures as well as of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles. Since 2000, Hugues has been involved in number of acquisition, divestment and restructuring projects, for single assets and entire portfolios, real estate receivables and property holding companies. He has also been instructed on several major private-equity transactions in the industry (eg. involving developers and AMF regulated ManCos). He supports the international expansion of a number of leading brands, particularly in the luxury goods, fashion and hospitalilty industries. Hugues is a member of the Paris Bar and holds an MST in Franco-British business law, a DESS in business law (DJCE) and an LLM in international business law.
