Eric Martin-Imperatori has been a member of Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group since 1990. He specialises in real estate and planning law, construction law, acquisitions and real estate project financing and commercial leases. Well-versed in all aspects of property deals, Eric has a wide experience, especially in large-scale projects: shopping centre and office building developments, from creation to completion and marketing. He advises real estate investors on high profile projects: SILIC, Groupama Immobilier, Benson Elliot GCI, sovereign funds situated in the Middle East, MGPA but also operators such as SFR for the construction of its headquarters and Amundi SA. His expertise on the various production phases of a building enables him to give precise advice adapted to each situation.
