Didier Martin, Gide partner since 1999, is a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group. He mainly works on mergers and acquisitions with a focus on listed companies, cross-border transactions and joint ventures. He advises a number of French companies and their executives on various topics pertaining to corporate governance, securities law and corporate law. Additionally, he coordinates the firm's ESG/CSR/Sustainable Development practice. He recently advised Unibail on various joint ventures, Société Foncière Lyonnaise on the public takeover bid by Inmobiliara Colonial, Accor on constituting and selling the control of AccorInvest to investors, Eurazeo on acquiring a stake in Emerige, Ipsos on the acquisition of Synthésio, Zimmer Biomet on the acquisition of listed company Medtech, Econocom on its friendly public offer regarding Osiatis, Silic on its combination with Icade as part of a share exchange offer. Didier is a graduate of French business school HEC (1989).
