Partner Antoine de la Gatinais is a member of Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group. A specialist in private equity matters, he regularly acts on leveraged buy-outs and growth equity operations for French and foreign managers and investment funds. With over twenty years' professional experience, he acts on all types of transactions (M&A, joint ventures, minority or majority investments) in all business sectors (distribution, automotive, manufacturing industry, real estate, etc.). Antoine headed Gide's office in Shanghai for six years. He regularly advises Asian clients, especially Chinese companies, on French and European law issues. He is a graduate from ESSEC business school.
