Alexis Pailleret is a partner within Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group in Paris. He acts on M&A transactions (acquisition, disposals and joint ventures) mainly in the infrastructure and energy sectors, alongside the firm's Public Law & Environment, and Projects (Finance & Infrastructure), and Banking & Finance practice groups. Alexis acts for investment funds, major corporates, lenders and developers, on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Alexis teaches Mergers & Acquisitions to Master's students in business law at Paris-Dauphine University. He is recommended in M&A, namely in the energy and infrastructure sectors, by international legal directories such as Legal 500 and Best Lawyer.
