Bio

Blake is an attorney focused on guiding private consumer brand companies and entrepreneurs from the infancy of an idea through a successful exit. Blake advises on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital investments, key supply chain relationships, endorsement and promotional partnerships with athletes, celebrities and other influencers, and general corporate governance and operations. He serves as counsel to individual and institutional investors in the consumer brands, hospitality, and technology sectors. A native New Yorker, Blake earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cornell University (with a brief hiatus at the University College London) before heading out west to study law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Perfect weather couldn’t beat out a New York slice of pizza so Blake made his way back to where it all started and joined Giannuzzi Lewendon in 2012. When he’s not in the office, Blake is busy crossing restaurants and beaches off his list with his friends and family, as well as making the occasional appearance on turntables throughout the city (thanks to his father the disco encyclopedia) and on the silver screen (thanks to his sister the filmmaker). Blake also serves on the board of directors of CUE Art Foundation, a non-profit visual arts center dedicated to creating essential career and educational opportunities for emerging and underrepresented artists of all ages.
