Adam Marsh Bio

Adam has been with Giannuzzi Lewendon since 2013 and is dedicated to providing business perspectives and legal advice to entrepreneurs and emerging brands to help them navigate the complexities of starting and successfully running a high growth business. Adam helps emerging brands through all stages of their life cycle, from their infancy to an eventual acquisition. Adam advises his clients in all forms of debt and equity financings, including convertible debt financings, angel investments, and complex preferred equity investments with institutional investors. He also assists his clients in their ultimate sale to acquirers such as Coke, Pepsi, Mars, White Wave, Hershey’s and other multi-national companies and successful private equity firms. In addition to his transactional and M&A practice, Adam helps his clients navigate the day-to-day challenges of running a high growth company. Adam provides guidance on various corporate and operational matters. He has advised clients on countless distributor, supply chain, manufacturing and broker relationships, employee compensation programs, celebrity endorsement arrangements and other general corporate governance matters. Adam was raised outside of Detroit, Michigan where he developed a passion for all things Detroit. From Michigan, he ventured to Poughkeepsie, New York where he attended Vassar College and was a 4-year member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team. He graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society. He was also the Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. Adam currently resides in the West Village with his fiancé and dog Perry. When not in the office, he can be found exploring the newest restaurants in the neighborhood or enjoying a run along the Hudson River.
