Giacomo Sartor Bio

Giacomo Sartor specialises in private M&A, corporate law, joint-venture agreements and venture capital investments. He focuses on general commercial law and cross-border transactions, and has a strong track record in assisting domestic and overseas corporations in M&A transactions in the area of North-eastern Italy. Giacomo received his Law degree from the University of Padua and has been with the firm since 2000. He is a member of the Italian Bar. He speaks Italian, English and French.
