Daniel Vonrufs specialises in M&A, stock deals, asset deals, corporate and non-corporate joint ventures, corporate law, private equity, venture capital and commercial contracts and real estate deals. He has advised a number of domestic and multinational corporations in significant acquisition transactions. Daniel joined the firm in 1993. He is a Partner since 2002. He is a member of the Italian Bar. He speaks German, English, Italian and French.
