Rosario Zacca is an expert in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity , with particular experience in joint ventures and international transactions involving different legal systems. In 2011 he received the prestigious "International Law Office Client Choice Award" in the M&A field for Italy. As head of the India Desk of the firm he has gained extensive experience in assisting numerous Indian companies in developing their activities in Italy and Italian companies in their investments in India. Rosario held the role of Office Partner, responsible for the Milan office of the firm from 2010 to 2014 and is currently Co-Managing Partner of the firm. He joined the firm in 1994 and spent 4 years in the New York office before returning to Milan where he became a partner in 2001. He graduated in Law from the University of Catania and studied Common Law and English Legal System at the City of London Polytechnic and public and private international law at The Hague Academy of International Law. Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association, authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation, he is also a member of the International Bar Association. He speaks Italian and English.
