Gabriele Ramponi focuses on advising domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds in investment and divestment transactions, as well as in any ordinary and extraordinary corporate matter. He has an extensive experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements in a wide number of industries, including food and beverage, banking-financial, energy-infrastructure and fashion. Graduated both in Economics (“Università Luigi Bocconi”) and Law (“Università degli Studi di Milano”), Gabriele joined Gianni & Origoni in 2008. Early in his career, Gabriele worked in the Corporate/M&A practice of a primary international law firm from 2006 until 2008. He has been admitted to practice law in Italy. He speaks Italian and English.
