Federico Loizzo specializes in M&A, corporate and capital markets law, as well as corporate governance. He focuses his activity in advising private equity firms as well as private and public companies in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, tender offers. He acquired remarkable experience in advising clients on general matters of securities and capital markets laws and corporate governance items as well as corporate reorganizations, estate planning in inter-generational transitions and generational transfers. He also advised issuers and investment banks in equity and debt capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, secondary offers, equity and debt offerings. Graduated in Law “magna cum laude” from the University La Sapienza in Rome in 1999, He lectures and speaks at academic and professional conferences, including postgraduate courses; he acts as a course assistant to Corporate Law at Luiss Guido Carli University. He previously worked in leading Italian law firms acting as partner; he served as Visiting Foreign Lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. He is a member of the Italian Bar. He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
