Bio

Since the beginning of her career, specialized in corporate law, day-to-day legal services, legal support of foreign transactions, advice to financial institutions and brokerage houses, investment funds, banks, and in due diligence of companies. With GESSEL since 1996, became a partner in 2007. Aldona heads our corporate law department, focusing on legal services for enterprises, formation, transformation, merger, and division of companies, and legal services for day-to-day business operations. She has many years of experience working for financial institutions, including in handling incentive programs and many years of experience with capital transactions, including acquisitions and exit transactions, coordination of due diligence processes. She works with non-profit organizations, associations and foundations, preparing and conducting training events, seminars and webinars on commercial law and general civil law. Aldona has drawn on her core expertise to advise investment funds and banks on specific investment and financing projects, as well as on their internal governance. She has also worked for the HoReCa sector and advised entities from the aviation and defence industries. At various points in her long and varied legal career, she has toured underground coal seams, flown in the cockpit of a large aircraft, and become one of our better-travelled colleagues. Her experience includes advising Polish and foreign entities on the formation, transformation, merger, division of companies, as well as on the day-to-day operations of entrepreneurs.Company law (formation, merger, division, transformation of companies and all issues related to their functioning in trade, including legal services to company bodies and the law of entrepreneurs)
