Jason Mccuistion Bio

Mr. McCuistion is the Chief Operating Officer of Gerrish Smith Tuck Consultants, LLC and the law firm of Gerrish Smith Tuck, PC, Attorneys. Mr. McCuistion’s legal and consulting practice focuses on community bank mergers and acquisitions, bank holding company formations, Subchapter S reorganizations, corporate taxation, bank regulatory matters, and general banking and corporate law. Mr. McCuistion graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis in 2008, and with a Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2011. Mr. McCuistion is admitted to practice in the state of Tennessee, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Memphis Bar Association.
