Tobias Larsson Bio

Tobias Larsson has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2003 and was the Managing Partner from 2008-2014. Tobias specialises in private M&A, commercial contracts, and company law. He has over 20 years’ experience advising on M&A deals and acquisition financing across a broad range of sectors. He also has extensive experience advising Swedish and foreign financial, service sector, and industrial companies on company formation, reorganisations, compliance investigations, and negotiations of major commercial contracts. From 1999–2000, Tobias worked on secondment as an M&A lawyer at the leading US law firm of Skadden Arps in New York.
