Oscar Anderson Bio

Oscar Anderson has many years of experience with capital raisings, public tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other forms of private and public transactions. While much of Oscar’s experience comes from the tech and software sectors, he represents clients in several different industries. In addition, Oscar advises clients on commercial agreements, securities law, and corporate law. He also advises private equity clients.
