Mats Hugoson Bio

Mats has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2001. He has many years of experience in private M&A in a number of different industries (including banking and finance) and his expertise in the field is regularly confirmed in independent national and international rankings. Mats also has extensive experience in assisting private equity clients in connection with investments in and sales of portfolio companies. Within these areas of practice, Mats has acted as advisor in a large number of transactions such as privately negotiated acquisitions and sales, mergers and private equity investments as well as private placements. Mats also has extensive experience in working with various types of commercial agreements, such as cooperation agreements and licensing, outsourcing, distribution and other agreements within the banking and finance/Fintech, IT, technology and media industries.
