Bio

As the head of our property team in Cardiff, Rowland specialises in property acquisition, leasing, development and management, often working on long term projects for both the private and public sector. A graduate of Cambridge University, Rowland joined Geldards in 1976 and became a partner in 1981. He is also a consultant to the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.
