Justin Gaynor is the Founding Partner of the Firm and is actively involved with all of the Firm’s practice areas. He spends a majority of his practice leading complex M&A transactions, international joint venture transactions, and large capital markets transactions. He also regularly works closely with clients and their in-house legal teams to advise on transaction planning and other strategic matters. Justin’s experience as an entrepreneur and business owner allows him to bring a unique set of experiences to the practice of law and to truly understand the business needs of the Firm’s clients. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he received the Order of the Coif honor, and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. As an active member of the community and proud Trojan alumnus, Justin currently serves on the Executive Committee of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors where he co-chairs the Special Projects committee. Previously, he was the President of the USC Marshall Alumni Association LA Chapter, a member of USC Marshall Alumni Association Executive Board, and a member of the USC Alumni Leadership Planning Committee. Justin was born and raised in New York and maintains strong ties with both coasts. He enjoys attending sporting events, good food and spending time outdoors.
