Bio

Throughout his career, Paolo Garbolino has gained extensive experience in financings (syndicated loans, leasing, factoring and debt restructurings), private equity transactions, share capital increases and the issuance of bonds by listed companies. He is also experienced in regulatory banking and renders financial and insurance legal advice as well as advising on transactions in financial derivatives. He was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2003 after having graduated with full marks from the Università degli Studi di Torino in 2000. He also achieved the diploma “Diplôme d’Études Universitaires Français (DEUF)” from the Universitè de droit Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France. In 2000 he attended the “Corporate and securities Law course, Merger & Acquistions course” at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.
