Giuseppe Toia Bio

Giuseppe is mainly dedicated to corporate and m&a, with particular reference to private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and other extraordinary transactions such as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including those involving listed companies. He has gained experience in advising international and domestic managers and investors in the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds and schemes. He joined the Firm in 2007 straight after having graduated with honours from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2011. In 2012 he was a visiting foreign lawyer at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in Washington D.C.. He became Partner in 2023.
