Federica Munno Bio

Federica Munno joined the Firm in 2023 and deals with corporate law and M&A, with a focus on public M&A transactions, regularly advising listed companies, PE funds and financial institutions on corporate extraordinary transactions as well as tender offers. In addition, she has remarkable experience in structuring the governance of listed companies and advising on market abuse regulations. Previously, she worked more than 15 years at a leading Italian firm where she served as a partner. Federica also gained international experience at a leading London based firm and currently serves as officer at the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
