Nicola Bennett Bio

Nicola specialises in all aspects of corporate law and has a broad range of expertise having gained experience in both in-house and private practice roles over the past 14 years. Her practice focuses predominantly on private company mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs. She has acted for a range of clients including start-ups, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and large corporates across various sectors including technology, hospitality and retail. Aside from transactional work, Nicola also advises business owners on a wide variety of corporate restructuring matters including capital reductions, share repurchases, demergers and hive ups and has acted on some complex transactions involving cross border implications.
