Max Moore Bio

Max is a partner in the Corporate unit at Gateley in the Birmingham office focusing predominantly on transactions within the real estate sector for a range of investors, asset managers and developers. Max’s transactions have involved all types of real estate asset including (amongst others) offices, student accommodation, build to rent, senior living, housing and hotels (where he has a particular specialism). Max advises clients on M&A, joint ventures, asset management and restructuring in the real estate sector and beyond. Max has recently joined the firm following stints at large international firms in both London and Birmingham.
