John is a highly experienced finance lawyer and a recognised acquisition and leveraged finance expert. His expertise also extends to general bank lending, development finance and real estate finance. John has significant experience acting for lenders, private equity and corporate borrowers. John has been recognised by leading industry publications Finance Monthly Magazine and Acquisition Finance Magazine receiving the former’s “UK Banking and Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year” award in 2009 and the latter’s “Leveraged Finance Adviser of the Year for the UK” award in the same year.
