Víctor Chiquero is a partner in Garrigues' Mergers and Acquisitions area in Madrid. Víctor's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors and industrial players in a broad range of industries including financial services, transportation, medical services, foods and beverages, hotels and tourism and consumer products. His practice also covers the advice to international funds on the acquisitions and divestitures of distressed assets in both primary and secondary transactions. He advises domestic and international groups on corporate and contractual matters. Legal 500 ranked Victor as 2020 Next Generation Private Equity Partner and Leaders League ranks Victor among the leading individuals practicing in M&A. Victor has been regularly named by his peers among the Best Lawyers in Spain for Corporate and M&A, Debt and Equity and Private Equity.
