Bio

Vicente Climent Escriche is a partner in the Tax Department of Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 1996. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, real estate taxation, tax consolidation, and restructuring and insolvency. He has a Degree in Law and Business Studies from Universidad de Valencia. He is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Legal Counseling at Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles (FEBF) in Valencia, and on the Master’s Degree in Taxation at Universidad Católica de Valencia. He also teaches on a number of Executive Programs and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the firm and various specialist centers. He is fluent in English.
