Sergio Sánchez Solé Bio

Sergio Sánchez is a partner in the Corporate and M&A at Garrigues, where he has spent practically his entire professional career. He specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions and in Private Equity and has participated in several of the most significant M&A deals in Barcelona in recent years. In addition, he provides ongoing advice to franchisors and has been a member of the Committee of Experts of the Spanish Franchisors’ Association. He is a lecturer in Commercial Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the firm and by various specialist centers. He has been co-chair of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association and a member of its Legal Practice Division Council.
