Ramon Jareno Moreno is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department at Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 1998. He specializes in the areas of Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law, with extensive experience in, among others, M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, financial restructuring processes, real estate deals and inheritances. His professional career has been closely tied to the Family Business practice. Ramón is the nondirector board secretary at several corporate groups. He has a degree in Law (Legal Business Adviser) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1). Ramón regularly collaborates with business associations and other entities and forums related to the world of business. In addition to Spanish and English, he has a good command of French.
