Octavio Llamas Fuentes is a partner in Garrigues' Commercial Department in the Murcia office, where he practices as an expert in civil and commercial law. He advises on different matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of corporate groups and business reorganizations, financing, corporate law, including board secretarial work, and commercial and civil contracts. He has extensive experience in advising companies in a wide range of sectors: agriculture, chemicals, development and construction, services and tourism. He holds a degree in Law and Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3). He is a member of the Murcia Bar Association and the Official Association of Economists of the Region of Murcia. He has been recognized as Best Lawyer in his area of practice on numerous occasions.
