Montse Mas Llull is the Partner in charge of Garrigues in the Balearic Islands. She specializes in tax law, where her practice focuses particularly on international taxation, real estate investments, tourism and transport. She also provides her services to high net worth families and/or individuals, advising them on the tax implications of their asset structures, succession, corporate restructuring, and also advising foreign investors and multinational with interests in Spain, and Spanish companies on their internationalization processes, and tourism groups, both national and international. She has participated in many of the most important transactions in the tourism sector. She has also headed up numerous corporate transactions: sales of companies, agreements with financial and/or strategic and industrial partners, M&A operations, and holds office as Board Secretary at major Balearic Islands companies.
