Miguel García Ruz has participated in numerous M&A transactions and acquisitions of real estate or companies with real estate substrates, with particular reference to transactions promoted by foreign investors in Spain. He has also advised on numerous group restructuring operations, particularly family groups, including succession planning and advising on corporate conflicts within capital companies. He has participated in the coordination of several operations for Spanish clients in the Persian Gulf, North Africa and Southern Cone countries. He is a member of the Real Estate group at Garrigues, of the Tourism and Hotels group at Garrigues, and of the Family Business group at Garrigues.
