Manuel Cortizo Garcia is a partner in the Garrigues Commercial Law Department, where he practices his professional activity as an expert commercial lawyer in the areas of commercial contracting and corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, technology & outsourcing, and personal data protection. As Legal Advisor or Board Secretary of various Spanish companies, he deals both with advice on traditional corporate operations and on the design and implementation of the best corporate governance practices, as well as recurring advice on contractual and strategic matters, having extensive experience advising technological and innovative companies, as well as important family businesses. He has a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a LL.M. from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid.
