Leonardo Adamo Bio

Leonardo Adamo is a partner in the Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law practice at Garrigues. He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, international contracting, corporate restructuring, financing and refinancing of business groups, real estate law, family protocols, as well as providing legal advice as secretary or vice-secretary to the board of directors of various corporate groups. He is an Italian and Spanish lawyer. Having trained in Italy, he has particularly strong links with Italian-speaking clients, advising on transactions with and from Italy. Moreover, he advises on a recurrent basis on contractual, corporate and internal restructuring matters to different groups of companies. He is a member of the Alicante Bar Association.
