José Miguel Rioseco Romero Bio

José Miguel is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department with more than 25 years of experience in advising companies and investment funds in contractual, corporate and M&A matters, particularly in the real estate business (residential, offices, shopping centers, tourism and hotels), including urban planning, structuring and financing of these projects. He has extensive experience in purchase and sale of companies, shareholders´ agreements, transformation, merger and spin off of companies and in corporate reorganization. He regularly advises public port concessionaires in matters related to the rights and obligations derived from their Port Concession Contracts and in their infrastructure investment projects. José Miguel holds a Law degree from Universidad Diego Portales. He has been ranked for more than 10 years in the legal directories Chambers and Partners and in the Legal 500 Latin America - Chile.
