Jon Goirigolzarri is a partner in the Banking and Finance, and Commercial Contracts practices. He has extensive experience in financing transactions, particularly project finance, having participated in numerous financings for renewable energy projects as well as different kinds of public infrastructure (hospitals, roads, prisons, ports, oil & gas facilities, among others). He is also an expert in corporate financing and refinancing transactions. He also provides recurring advice on commercial contracts, especially in the area of infrastructure construction and maintenance, as well as on receivables sale and purchase transactions.
