Jara Atienza Jimenez Bio

Jara Atienza is a partner of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues Madrid. Her professional practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate/commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital, corporate restructurings, fund raising and on-going corporate and contractual advice to both national and international operators. She is also a specialist in the life science sector, having participated in numerous M&A transactions in the sector and being a recurring advisor to many of the companies in the Spanish pharmaceutical, health and biotechnology sector. She is a member of the Expert Committee of the Spanish Franchisers Association.
