Héctor has more than fifteen year of experience in advising in different corporate transactions, with special focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, financing transactions and, in general, corporate contracting and Corporate Law. In particular, his M&A experience has been recognized in different occasions by the most prestigious law reviews, acknowledging him as “rising star” and “associate to watch”. He has developed part of his professional career working at the Madrid office, where he was involved in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions advising important European and American funds. In the Peruvian market, he has participated in relevant and complex M&A transactions, whether domestic and cross-border, the result of which made him gain a relevant position in the market, so acknowledged by different clients and other law firms. Given his significant experience, he has advised clients in M&A transaction in the following industries: Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Energy, Finance, Agribusiness, Telecommunication, Technology, Public Infrastructure, etc.
