Guillermo Zamora Marfil is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department, where he specializes in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities market law, as well as in the tourism industry. His professional practice covers both M&A transactions and ongoing advisory services to the governing bodies of a large number of companies in a wide range of production sectors, to which he provides all the legal services relating to corporate operations. He holds a Degree in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1) and an associate's degree in Business Studies (own degree) from the same university.
